Availability
The order confirmation you receive at the end of a transaction serves as an indication that we have received your order, but it does not mean it has been accepted through our system. Although every effort is made to ensure the quantities and products are up to date on the site, very occasionally some items may not be available after you have placed an order for them. In this case, Gary Bigeni will notify you as soon as possible via email and you can choose to either proceed with the remainder of your order and select an alternative style, or be refunded for the cost of the unavailable item.

Pre-orders
Prior to new collections landing in store we will often allow our customers to pre-order items which are not yet in stock. We require 100% payment to be made and we will give you an estimated delivery date, however this is subject to a sometimes varying production schedule. Although every effort will be made to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible, you can be assured that the item has been reserved for you.

Sales
