Shipping Policy

All items are made to order so please expect a 4 week delivery time


Items are using our network partner Interparcel at a cost of $15 or Free of Charge with a total order value over $250.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days; at which time you will receive an email with tracking details.

Once dispatched items usually arrive within 5-7 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays) dependant on location. Remote areas and deliveries to Perth may take longer.

Items are shipped via Australia Post Standard International at a cost of $30 or Free of Charge on orders over $250.

Depending on your location, orders should arrive between 3-7 business days from despatch.

We currently ship to the following destinations:

Canada, United States

Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea (Republic of), Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand

Australia, New Zealand

Please note that the receiver will be responsible for any taxes and duties applicable to clear local customs.

The United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Phillipines, Malaysia, New Zealand and Korea (Republic of) are currently exempt from any such taxes and fees; however regulations change monthly by country. Please refer to your local customs authority for clarification.

Gary Bignei is not liable for any losses, damages, additional fees caused or accrued by customs or delays by delivery services. Gary Bigeni is not liable for and will not refund any orders confiscated by customs; you are purchasing at your own risk. 

Return Policy

A request for refund for full-priced garments may be made up to 7 days from receipt of goods by emailing with the subject line ‘Return Request’. Please include your receipt number or a copy of your sale confirmation in the body of the email.

Any returned items must arrive to us in unused condition at your own expense. Returns will only be accepted if garment/s are in unworn and undamaged conditions with original tags and labels attached.

Once approved, a Returns Authorisation (RA) number will be issued and return details advised. Refunds are made within two weeks of receipt via direct deposit to your credit card or original method of payment (less any additional shipping fees or taxes).

Gary Bigeni will notify you by email when the item/s has been received and your refund processed. Depending on your card issuer, it can take up to an additional 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

For exchanges due to incorrect size or colour etc. being ordered, please email with the subject header “Exchange Request”. Exchanges can be made up to 14 days from the original purchase on full-priced items only and are subject to stock availability confirmation from our warehouse.

Once approved you will be issued with an Exchange Authorisation (EA) number and a replacement garment once goods have been received by head-office. Please note return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
